This past Saturday Indiana hired Dayton head coach Archie Miller. The Hoosiers decided on Miller after UCLA head coach and Indiana alumnus Steve Alford pledged his allegiance to the Bruins publicly. In six seasons at Dayton, Miller led the Flyers to a record of 139-63 and four NCAA Tournament appearances. At Dayton, he was accomplishing a lot with a little. Now with better recruits, expectations will be high for Miller in his first season. Hoosier nation will be looking for a more consistent team on the defensive end of the ball next season. A problem Tom Crean’s teams faced in the past. Now, Archie is going to try and follow in his older brother’s steps, Sean Miller, who coaches at Arizona.
